Be careful with the cheap ones. I bought a $20 one, and there's no bearings in the wheels. Just a metal pin, thru the plastic wheel. Once you put some weight on it, it acts like a brake instead of rolling. Try to move something on carpet, "fugh get about it"

You can see the quality difference in the casters just starting from the description. Rubber vs plastic wheels alone will make a difference in how easily it rolls with weight on it. If that's any indication of the bearing quality it'll be good to go with either a better dolly or better casters + a 2x4 frame and sunk carriage head bolts.
